
T-Mobile is ready to release a series of new handsets for the holiday season. One of these phones is the myTouch 3G Fender Limited Edition, which will run on the Google Android OS. T-Mobile hopes that this cell phone will appeal to myTouch fans and music fans. As the handset runs on Google Android, you have access to more than 10,000 applications. The specs of this limited edition myTouch 3G are the same as the standard version. But, the limited edition handset comes pre-loaded with audio and video clips from music legends.

Still remember the Lotus cell phone series from LG? Word has it that the company will release the second generation of this handset in January 2010. The phone will come with a MicroSD that supports up to 32GB and an external touch display. There is no further info about this handset so far. We will keep you posted.

Sprint is set to release another smartphone from Samsung namely the Samsung Moment, Samsung’s first Android-powered phone. The handset will go on sale starting on November 1st for $179.99 with a 2-year contract agreement and after a $50 instant saving and a $100 mail-in-rebate. So here’s what you get, an 800MHz processor, a 3.2-inch AMOLED touchscreen display, a 3.2MP camera, a full QWERTY keyboard, an accelerometer sensor, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), GPS, WiFi, stereo Bluetooth, EV-DO Rev A connectivity, a 3.5mm headphone jack and provides access to social networking sites including Twitter, Facebook and Flickr.

Samsung has officially announced they will release the Samsung F839 in China via China Mobile network. It is actually one of the first 3G handsets for China Mobile’s high speed 1X EVDO network. Measuring 115.1mm x 55mm x 12.9mm and weighing 109grams, the Samsung F839 supports 3G CDMA2000 (China Telecom) CDMA2000 1x EVDO 800MHz connectivity and features a 3.2-inch WQVGA (240×400px) 262K color touchscreen TFT display, a 3-megapixel (2048×1536) camera with a 30fps QVGA video recording, a DivX video playback, a 100MB of user memory, a microSD memory card slot (up to 8GB), a built-in GPS, an FM radio, Bluetooth, and a USB 2.0 port.
